RUIDOSO DINING & TAP ROOM EXPERIENCE
In 1998, Sierra Blanca Brewing Company (SBBC) opened up Pub 48 in Ruidoso on Mechem Drive - a.k.a. New Mexico HWY 48.
Then in 2003, Master Brewer Rich Weber's brother, Chef Keith Weber arrived from the East Coast bringing his 15 years of restaurant experience and culinary school expertise.  The Menu got an upgrade and Rio Grande Grill & Tap Room was born!
After a five-year hiatus, in 2013, Rio Grande re-opened with a complete facelift and has never been more successful. We're known as one of Ruidoso's best eateries and a very Popular Local Spot with an In-Front Tap Room.
